Cancellation by Customer:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour or no-shows are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Assured Top Tours:
- In the rare event that Assured Top Tours cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, road closures, or vehicle issues), customers will be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows:
- Tours depart promptly at the scheduled time. Refunds will not be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
Weather Policy:
- Tours operate rain or shine. In cases of severe weather where safety is a concern, Assured Top Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour, offering a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Special Considerations:
- Refund requests due to emergencies or other exceptional circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
